I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, Circle Facilitator, Retreat Leader and an Empath and before I started applying Loraine's teachings, I was convinced I had some kind of Autoimmune Disease. I am a Reiki Master, Psychic Intuitive , Circle Facilitator, Retreat Leader and Mum of 2 teenage boys. I also teach Pilates and before Covid, taught classes in health clubs as well as my private Reformer Studio. This meant I was exposed to a huge number of people and (unwittingly!) their energies.

I had no idea how contageous other people's energy is. I understood the basic vampires vs radiators situation so could deal with those accordingly as they are easily identified, but recent universal and planetary developments mean we must adapt our interaction with ours and subsequently other people's energy. I am a Reiki Master, Energy Transmuter & an Anaesthetic Practitioner in an Operating Theatre. I realised that my empathy was both my greatest gift and my greatest vulnerability.

I had no guidance on how to manage the intense emotional and spiritual residue of others from the unseen world. I had to learn through trial, error and necessity how to transmute these energies just so I could survive the day. I suffered intense neck pain, exhaustion, and eventually burnout.

What does the day include?
